- Lab environment access: participants receive browser-based access to lab environments for the duration of the course plus an additional 30-day access window after course completion.
Service availability, scheduling, and course content are subject to change based on instructor availability, technology updates, and curriculum revisions.
3. User Obligations
By using our website and services, you agree to:

- Payment schedule: a 50% deposit is required upon signing the statement of work. The remaining balance is due within 30 days of course completion.
- Late payments: invoices unpaid after 30 days from the due date will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- Cancellation: cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date forfeit 25% of the total engagement cost to cover lab provisioning and scheduling overhead.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ridgeline IT Academy LLC, its officers, employees, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, website, or training materials.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from a training engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that specific engagement. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is claimed.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, skill levels, certification results, or career advancements as a result of completing our training courses. Training effectiveness depends on participant engagement, prior experience, and individual learning pace.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate a training engagement under the following conditions:
- By the client: you may cancel an engagement per the cancellation terms in Section 5. For ongoing or multi-session engagements, written notice of termination must be provided at least 14 days before the next scheduled session.
- By Ridgeline IT Academy: we reserve the right to terminate or suspend a training engagement if the client or participants violate these Terms, engage in disruptive behavior during training sessions, or fail to make payment as agreed. We will provide written notice and an opportunity to cure any breach before termination, except in cases of serious misconduct.
Upon termination, access to lab environments and proprietary training materials will be revoked. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
