What We Teach

Courses Built for the People Who Keep Systems Running

For Junior Admins

Foundations that actually stick. Networking, user management, patching workflows, and incident triage — practiced on live sandbox servers until the muscle memory is there.

For Senior Engineers

Deep-dive tracks: automation pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, container orchestration, and high-availability design. The stuff that separates operators from architects.

For IT Managers & Leads

Not a technical deep-dive. Strategy-oriented sessions on team upskilling roadmaps, budget justification for training programs, and measuring ROI on professional development spend.

For Compliance Teams

Security-focused tracks covering access controls, audit preparation, and hardening checklists. Built for environments where regulatory scrutiny isn't optional.

We don't teach everything. Our focus is infrastructure and operations — networking, server management, security, automation. If you need application development or data science training, we'll point you somewhere better suited.

Getting Started

From First Call to Live Lab in Under a Week

01

We Talk Scope

Thirty-minute call. We ask about your team's current skill gaps, stack, and goals. No pitch — just questions. Honestly, some teams figure out what they need just from this conversation.

02

Custom Track Built

We assemble a curriculum from our module library, matched to your environment. Lab environments are spun up mirroring your actual infrastructure. Takes about 2–3 business days.

03

Training Begins

Your team logs in, gets their lab credentials, and starts breaking things — on purpose. Instructors are there live, walking through scenarios pulled from real outage post-mortems.

From Our Alumni

What Teams Say After the Course Ends

"We sent six admins through the advanced automation track last September. By December, our mean-time-to-resolve on infrastructure tickets dropped 41%. That number surprised even me — and I'm the one who approved the budget."
DW

Diana Whitfield

VP of Engineering, Crestpoint Financial Services

"Honestly? Best thing we did this year for retention. Our junior admins stopped feeling stuck, and two of them got promoted within five months."
MR

Marcus Reyes

Operations Manager, Briarwood Health Systems

"The lab setup took a bit longer than expected — about an extra day. But once we were in, the scenarios were ridiculously close to what we deal with on actual outage calls. One of my guys fixed a production DNS issue the following week using exactly what he'd practiced."

Tanya Holbrook

IT Director, Magnolia School District

Common Questions

Things Teams Ask Before Signing Up

How long is a typical course?
Depends on the track. Our foundations courses run 3 days. Advanced tracks range from 4 to 5 days. We also do half-day workshops for focused topics like hardening or automation scripting. The schedule flexes around your team's availability — we've run courses split across two weeks for teams that can't step away for a full block.
Can training be done remotely?
Yes. About 60% of our courses run remotely now. Labs are browser-accessible. Your team just needs a stable connection and a modern browser.
What's the cost per person?
We price by team, not by headcount, because that's how real training budgets work. A typical engagement for an 8-person team runs $8,500–$14,000 depending on the track length and lab complexity. We'll build a quote during the demo call. No hidden add-ons.
Do participants get a certificate?
Yes, every participant receives a completion certificate. Fair warning though — it's not an industry certification like a vendor exam. It proves they completed the coursework and labs. Some teams use it for internal HR records or continuing education credits.
What happens after the course ends?
Sixty days of post-course mentorship, included. Your team can message instructors directly with follow-up questions as they apply what they learned. After that, lab access stays open for another 30 days so people can revisit scenarios.
How are instructors selected?
Every instructor has at least 8 years in production infrastructure. Most have more. They're practitioners first, teachers second. That's deliberate — we'd rather have someone who's debugged a split-brain cluster at 2am explain it to your team than someone who only read about it.
